12 Health Foods

MayoClinic has a simple list of 10 health foods we should be integrating better into our diets -- if only I could keep them in mind!
  1. Almonds
  2. Apples
  3. Blueberries
  4. Broccoli
  5. Red beans (small red beans and dark red kidney beans)
  6. Salmon
  7. Spinach
  8. Sweet Potato
  9. Vegetable Juice
  10. Wheat Germ
  11. Only Olive Oil or Canola
  12. Spices: tumeric, thyme, oregano, basil, rosemary, marjoram, mint.
