Vegetable Stew

Boil together, with a little bit of oil, adequate water, salt, spices:
  • fresh green beans
  • sliced onions
  • carrots
When vegetables begin to soften, add tomatoes and parsley. Continue to boil until done.

Serve with fresh bread.
