Buttery Yogurt Biscuits from Stoneyfield Farms

Preheat over to 375°F.

2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup butter
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup plain yogurt

In a bowl, sift together dry ingredients. Add butter and yogurt and mix well. Place dough on a board and knead until smooth. Either roll to a 1-inch thickness and cut round biscuits using a cookie cutter, or make 2-inch balls and flatten. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until brown. Serve hot.
