We made some Chocolate Chip Scones recently -- on the pretense of using up some leftover chocolate chips.

It was my first attempt at scones. The consistency seemed incorrect -- too chewy. We also substituted yogurt for buttermilk.

Another delicious looking scone recipe was posted on Lisa's Kitchen -- Cheddar Parmesan Scones with Dill -- I plan to try it soon.
