Pasta with Shrimp and Zucchini

  • Julienne 2 zucchini in one pan with olive oil. Set aside.
  • Saute shrimp with olive oil.
  • Once shrimp is cooked, add zucchini, 2 pinches of crushed saffron, salt, and heavy cream. Allow to simmer.
  • Boil penne pasta in separate pot.
  • Add pasta to sauce, stir, and serve.
